Cancellations, Reschedules & Lateness

• Appointments that are more than 10 minutes late, no-shows, or cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice must be paid for in full before a new appointment can be booked.
• Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I understand unexpected situations can arise, but I appreciate as much notice as possible.
• A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, I may not have enough time to complete your full service without delaying my next client.
• Repeat late cancellations or no-shows will be required to pay 100% of future appointments upfrontat the time of booking or will be blocked from booking with me in the future.

Please attend your appointment with bare nails unless a removal has been booked. Failure to book a removal may result in your appointment needing to be shortened, rescheduled, or an additional removal fee being charged

Nail Repairs & Infills

• I only remove and infill my own work. Repairs or removals of another nail technician's work may be available for an additional charge.
• Any breakage within 48 hours of your appointment will be repaired free of charge.
• Repairs requested after 48 hours will be charged at £3 per nail.
• Infills are recommended every 2-3 weeks (or up to 4 weeks for slower-growing nails). Appointments booked beyond these timeframes will require a removal and a new full set.
• Please ensure you book the correct service. Changes made at your appointment may not be possible due to time restrictions.

Clients Under 16

• Gel polish services are available for clients aged 11-15 years with written parental consent.
• I do not offer nail extensions to clients under 16, as their natural nails are still developing.
• A parent or guardian must remain present throughout the appointment for all clients under 16. If they are not present, the appointment will not go ahead.

Health & Safety

• I will not carry out any treatment on damaged, infected, or unhealthy nails or surrounding skin, in the interest of health and safety. Nail health is incredibly important to me!

Refund Policy

• No refunds are offered due to the time and work I put into my craft.
