MY POLICY
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES/LATENESS
•Please give 48 hours notice for cancellations. I understand sudden situations may arise but please try to give me as much warning as possible to cancel/reschedule your appointments.
•I have a 10 minute grace period. If you arrive any later, I may not have the time to carry your full service and I don’t want to run into the next Clients booked times.
•Lateness (over 10 minutes), no-shows and late cancellations must pay the full amount of the missed appointment when rebooking.
•Repeat offenders will then be required to pay the full amount of future treatments in advance.
NAIL REPAIR/INFILLS
•Any breakage within 48 hours will be fixed free of charge.
•Any repairs over 48 hours will be £3 per nail.
•Any more than four nails need to be booked in as a removal and new set.
•Infills are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks (4 weeks for slow growing nails). Any infills over these times will need to booked as a removal and a new full set.
UNDER 16’S
•Any child under the age of 16 needs written parental consent to have a gel polish treatment. I will not provide any kind of extensions due to the nails still developing.
•Parents must stay for children under 16 or the service will not be done.
•I will not provide this service to any child below age 11.
NO refunds are available.
